  1. Electromagnetic Turbine Flow Meters

      Note:

  1. The Electromagnetic Flow Meters with Remote Display comes with standard wire length of 5 meters. For any further extension Kindly consider Rs 300/- (net)per meter up to 20 meters.
  2. The Battery Powered Electromagnetic Flow meters come with standard 2 years Battery Life. Battery Life can be extended up to 5 years with extra charges of Rs.4000/-(net).
  3. Price above 300 mm line size is available on request.
  4. Remote Option is also available for Turbine Flow Meters, Prices on Request.

      Term & Conditions:

  1. The above prices are ex .Factory Jalandhar.
  2. Goods and Service Tax Extra (GST) Will be Charged Extra 18%.
  3. One year warranty against any manufacturing defect.
  4. Installation & commissioning Charges: Rs. 3000.00 per day per engineer. Kindly note our Engineer will only provide the necessary supervision at site for proper operation of flow meters. All the material required in the installation & commissioning process will be in purchaser scope. Lodging & Boarding charges will be extra as applicable.
  5. Packing & forwarding: 2%will be charged extra.

     6. 24% P.A interest will be charged if the payment is not made within 60 days from the date of invoice.

  1. All disputes are subject to Jalandhar jurisdiction only.
  2. Our Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Water Meters:
  2. (i) Mid Marked Domestic type water meters in accordance with 2004/22/EC.
  3. (ii) Mid Marked Wolman Type Class B IP68 water meters with removable mechanism in accordance with directive 2004/22/EC.

  4. 2% Cash Discount is applicable if the payment is made against Performa Invoice.
  5. 24% P.A. Interest will be charged if the payment is not made within 60 days from the date of invoice.

  2. Warranty for Three Years against any manufacturing defects for Model: BESTO.
  3. Warranty for One Year against any manufacturing defects for all other Models.
  4. Goods & Service Tax (GST) will be charged extra @ 18%.
  5. 2% Cash Discount will be allowed on basic/accessible value if the payment is made within 15 days from the date of Invoice.
  6. 24%P.A. Interest shall be charged if the payment is not made within 60 days from the date of invoice.

     Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees F.O.R. Ex. Factory Jalandhar.
  2. Central Excise Duty @ 12.5%is Inclusive.
  3. C.S.T. @ 2% (against form’s”) or as applicable at the time of dispatch would be charged extra.& P.V.A.T for supplies within Punjab Shall be charged extra @ 6.05% on valves or as applicable at the time of supply.
  4. We also reserve the right to execute any order in full or in parts according to our supply position or manufacturing capacity.
  5. The Prices are subject to revision, without any prior notice & shall be charged, as prevailing at the time of dispatch.
  6. KRANTI” valves carry guarantee for free replacement against any manufacturing defect for 15 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.
  7. Each IBR valve is supplied with an IBR test certificate on from III-C Issued by director of boilers Punjab.
  8. Any type of thread standard can also be supplied on customer requirement.
  9. Valves with customer specification can also be supplied.
  10. Flanged Valves are generally supplied UNDRILLED, unless & until specified by the buyer.
  11. Goods would not be returned or exchanged, once the supplies have been billed and executed.
  12. Competent courts at Jalandhar alone shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
  13. This price list cancels and supersedes all our previous Price Lists.
